The Strength+ is Echelon's answer to wall-mounted cable systems, offering 5-110 lbs of digital resistance per arm in a compact unit that folds into a full-length mirror.
This smart trainer features multiple resistance modes (normal, concentric, eccentric, isokinetic) that let you customize how the weight feels during different parts of each movement. The system includes handles, a straight bar, and ankle straps for over 150 possible exercises, plus access to instructor-led classes.
It's designed to not require wall mounting (major plus), and you can adjust weight right from the handles mid-set. Best for people who want a complete home gym without filling their garage with equipment.
