
At Stridekick, we offer a digital health and wellness subscription service that provides members with access to virtual fitness challenges, activity tracking, and community-based engagement features.
Stridekick is a digital-only service. Once you subscribe, your access to premium features is delivered instantly via your online account and mobile app. You’ll receive an email confirmation and your premium subscription will activate immediately unless otherwise stated. If you don't receive an email or see your upgraded features, please reach out to support@stridekick.com as there may be a discrepancy between payment email and account email.
Our subscription plans renew automatically at the selected interval (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time through your Stripe payment link or by reaching out support@stridekick.com. Upon cancellation, access to premium features will remain active through the end of your billing period. Note: some subscriptions have a 3 month minimum before cancellations may be enacted.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused services. Exceptions may be made in cases of technical error or accidental billing—please contact us at support@stridekick.com for assistance.
