This is what happens when a kettlebell and a weight plate have a baby.
The MUTT Cowbell is a triangular cast-iron weight with a center hole that loads onto any Olympic barbell, where its bottom-heavy shape creates a subtle swinging motion that forces your stabilizer muscles to work overtime.
Off the bar, the built-in handle turns it into a kettlebell for swings, carries, and shrugs.
Available in 25 lb or 50 lb pairs, made in the USA.

• Weight options: 25 lb pair or 50 lb pair, sold as pairs only
• Material: Single-piece cast iron construction
• Dual function: Loads on Olympic barbells OR use as kettlebells
• Handle specs: 8.75" wide, 0.75" thick (25 lb) or 1" thick (50 lb)
• Storage: Interlocking tabs let you stack them efficiently; they also stand vertically on their own
"Unlike some bulkier kettlebells, this slim cowbell-shape doesn't cause me wrist pain when pushing overhead (I went with the 25lbs cowbells). I like that for Romanian deadlift (as a KB) the cowbell prevents me from over-extension. You can KB swing with these as well. I haven't put them on a bar yet, but as a KB alternative they're clever and fun. You can floor-press or overhead tricep using both hands on the bell."
