Knux Premium Hand Weights
Knux are molded to fit your hand, with the weight sitting at the front of your fist to mimic the feel of boxing gloves.
They’re built to add resistance to shadow boxing and HIIT workouts, and they work just as well for walking, running, and step aerobics. The comfortable, secure grip stays put through fast, high-intensity movement.
