This set gives you three plate sizes in pairs, so you can progress from light to heavier weights over time.
The plates slide onto a SMARTBAR, or you can use them on their own as hand weights, and the ergonomic handles make it easy to hold several plates in one hand.
They’re shaped so they won’t roll away, and they’re built for fast-moving classes like BODYPUMP. The bar itself is sold separately.
