GORUCK Ruck Plates make it easy to add weight to your walks without filling your backpack with loose dumbbells or other bulky gear.
Designed to fit securely inside GORUCK's Rucker backpacks and compatible plate carriers, they keep the weight stable and close to your back to reduce shifting as you move.
The solid iron construction has rounded edges and built-in handles, so you can also use the plates for strength exercises outside of your pack. With multiple weight options, you can gradually increase the challenge as you get stronger.
