Memory Air
Brain health while you sleep: Memory Air is a bedside device that releases a rotating set of scents overnight to support memory, sleep, and mood.
Memory Air was created by neurobiologist Dr. Michael Leon. It's built on decades of research into smell, the only sense with a direct line to the brain's memory and emotion centers. The idea is called "olfactory enrichment": exposing your brain to a variety of scents while you sleep. The device does it automatically every night, with no pills, apps, or effort. Memory Air points to a UC Irvine study led by Dr. Leon, where older adults using nightly scent exposure showed improvements in memory. The brand is based in Miami and sells the device with a monthly scent subscription.
"After a few weeks I felt a real change for the better in sleep patterns, with a gradual, subtle but profound sense of well-being."
