We’ve Updated Our Privacy Policy–July 2026

We recently made some updates to our Privacy Policy

We're always working to be as transparent as possible with our community, and that includes how we collect, use, and protect your information. We recently made some updates to our Privacy Policy, and we want to give you the quick version of what's changed.

📣 What's New?

1. Clearer Details on Payments & Subscriptions

We added more specifics on how your payment information is handled depending on where you subscribe. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed under their own terms. Payments made on our website run through Stripe, and subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat. And to be clear: we do not store your full credit card number — ever.

2. An Updated List of Our Trusted Service Providers

As Stridekick has grown, so has the list of tools we use behind the scenes to run the app, support our community, and keep things secure. We've refreshed our list of technology and service providers to reflect that, including tools like Amplitude (product analytics), Customer.io (account and lifecycle messages), beehiiv (newsletters), and Snowflake (data infrastructure), among others. You can see the full, current list in our Privacy Policy.

3. More Visibility Into How We Use Product Analytics

We added a bit more detail on how we use product-analytics tools to understand which features people actually use — and how. This helps us build the things our community wants more of, and quietly retire the things that don't.

4. A Standing Commitment on Future Changes

Going forward, if we make a material change to this policy — like collecting a new category of information or using your data in a new way — we'll give you advance notice before it takes effect, whether that's on our website, in the app, or right here on the blog.

🔒 Why We Made These Updates

We want to keep earning your trust. These updates help us:

  • Be more specific about exactly who touches your payment and account data, and why
  • Keep our list of service providers current and easy to review
  • Give you a heads-up before anything material changes, instead of after

You can review the full, updated Privacy Policy here and Terms of Service here.

Thanks for being part of the Stridekick community — we're always here if you have questions!
