Alligator Alley, located in the heart of the Florida Everglades on Route 75, makes it the longest Interstate in any state east of the Mississippi River. While you might not see any alligators on the main highway, off-shoot roads running parallel to Alligator Alley, such as Tamiami Trail, have been known to host alligators galore. Check out this trail and try not to get eaten alive by any gators that call this "alley" home.
