Overview

At Stridekick, we believe that by combining technology and empathy, we can improve the way we approach health and wellness. From a forward-thinking perspective, we aim to reframe the way fitness and wellness has been approached. Our focus centers around group and individual engagement in their fitness journeys. There is little evidence that shows important outcomes result from quick fixes. Instead, we’re interested in creating motivational challenges and community support that inspires people to reach their fitness goals, for the long run.

In the spirit of our goals, we are developing a virtual “team-based” training product that will combine the guidance of a personal trainer and the support of a peer group. We’re looking to you, the trainer, to help guide users through our program where users can receive a customized fitness training program, log their meals easily, receive advice on their nutrition & diet and cultivate a peer support network.
