We’re looking for a seasoned, self-starter sales professional to join a new team at Stridekick. The role requires a combination of sales, business and strategic skills. You will be one of the first to join the team and will be integral in defining our outbound sales strategy.

What you’ll do

  • Develop sales lead funnel, identify sales opportunities, create interest, and drive brand and solution awareness through cold calling efforts and online research

  • Routinely call and organize meetings to demo Stridekick for Groups product

  • Develop and define sales processes and best practices

  • Initiate new contacts through networking digitally, over the phone, and at live events to increase pipeline and industry awareness

  • Prepare proposals for customers based on their needs

  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting

  • Overachieve sales targets regularly

  • Provide feedback to Marketing regarding campaign development and execution

  • Develop and articulate high-impact messaging that resonates with prospects, captures value proposition, and embodies Stridekick values

  • Report weekly, monthly & quarterly metrics to Stridekick leadership

Who you are

  • Relationship Builder. Well-spoken and well-written. You are a clear and compelling communicator in person, on the phone and over email.

  • Highly comfortable communicating with all levels of prospects within an organization, balanced with tactical skills for a fast-paced, high volume lead follow-up and qualification environment

  • A Hustler. You work hard to make things happen. You have exceptional follow-through and understand the level of work it takes to build and maintain a high conversion pipeline.

  • Organized. You can juggle multiple projects at once and never forget to follow up. You know the smallest details can be the most important.

  • Flexible. You have attention to detail and fulfilling deliverables quickly

  • Internet and research savvy using online resources such as Linkedin, Hoovers and Bloomberg to identify contacts within target companies (building your own lead list)

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience selling mid-market and enterprise SAAS technologies

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Excellent presentation and personal skills

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

  • Prior experience selling into HR / Human Capital Solutions and Employee Wellness is a HUGE plus, but not required
